You can process your return within 7 days from receiving of the product. The product will be accepted for return only when it cannot be described as defective, damaged, deformed, or not working when reviewed by our team.

Your returns might not be processed in the case of it exceeds 7 days from receiving the product.

The cancellations policy cannot be availed on limited or festive offers.

Your return can avail you a refund of entire amount equalling to the cost of the product only when the product has passed the quality check from our team. The delivery & convenience charges will be deducted on the returned product.

The product must be returned in its original packaging conditions. Be a little careful, we can’t offer refunds for product if their tags, labels, or seals have been tampered with.

If the pickup facility is not available at our PIN code, we request you to self-courier the package. In such cases we may not be able to reimburse the courier charges, but a refund may be initiated only if the quality check is completed by our team.

Your refund amount will be credited within 7 working days in your original mode of payment.

No. You will have to return the entire product that has been billed to you as a single unit. This may include any freebies or gifts that have been provided on the purchase of a product. You may check our website for other parts of spares of the product that you need.

You can’t cancel a return request. Instead you may make it clear to our team available at your pick-up point that you’d like to keep the product.

Our logistics partner may take some time to update the status of your delivery. Please allow us 48 hours for the delivery status to be updated.
